Dropshadow Text

This is a tutorial you might want to use if you want a bit more definition in your text.

It's a good idea to start with basic style text. Not anything that looks too complicated. For example i will be using this:


Now that you have your text you need to go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow. A window will now pop up looking like this:

Try to set your settings like mine. You can change the colour by clicking on the block of colour, change the opacity, how much you want the shadow to be blurred and the offset numbers. With my settings here's what I got:
